  • Business Formation: Advised clients on entity selection, completed formation and registration of LLCs, and prepared comprehensive operating agreements. Provided guidance on compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Contract Drafting: Drafted a wide range of contracts, including employee agreements, licensing agreements, master agreements, change of work forms, client contracts, and billing forms.
  • Contract Negotiation: Successfully negotiated master agreements in subcontractor relationships and intellectual work product licensing agreements to protect client interests.
  • Estate Planning: Expertly drafted wills and trusts and assisted clients with end-of-life planning. Prepared power of attorney documents for healthcare and finances.
